These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ae99 ("ae99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ae99 online gaming platform available at ae99.im and any associated mobile applications, software, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and permanent closure of your account.

ae99 may at any time require you to provide documentation verifying your identity, age, or address as part of the account verification process (Know Your Customer, "KYC"). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawal access.

Your ae99 account is personal to you. You must not share your account credentials — including your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes — with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it, except in cases where you have reported unauthorised access to ae99 support promptly upon discovery.

You must notify ae99 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account, loss of your credentials, or any other security breach affecting your account. ae99 will take all reasonable steps to assist in securing your account upon receiving such notification.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
• You must ensure that your contact details, including your registered email address and phone number, are kept accurate and up to date in your account settings.
• ae99 will communicate important account-related information, including changes to these Terms, to the email address registered on your account.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ae99 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormant account maintenance fee to balances held in dormant accounts, subject to applicable law and prior notice.
• ae99 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion upon reasonable notice, returning any verified balance to the player via the same payment method used for the last deposit.

ae99 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of payment methods approved for use on the Platform. The current list of accepted payment methods includes bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though ae99 reserves the right to impose limits on individual accounts where required for responsible gaming, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically credited to your ae99 balance within 30 seconds of the mobile wallet transaction completing.
• Deposits via bank transfer may take longer to credit depending on the processing time of the originating bank.
• ae99 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside ae99's control.
• ae99 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it has reason to believe is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Deposited funds are held in accounts segregated from ae99's own operational funds.

Players may request a withdrawal of cleared, non-bonus funds from their ae99 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ae99 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks.

Before a withdrawal request is processed, ae99 may require you to complete the account verification (KYC) process. This typically involves providing a copy of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of your registered address. ae99 reserves the right to request additional documentation where required to comply with its anti-money laundering obligations.

• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, ae99 will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
• ae99 does not charge withdrawal fees. External processing fees charged by your payment provider are outside ae99's control.
• ae99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Any withdrawal request associated with a balance derived from a suspected fraudulent deposit will be held pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a breach.
• Funds that have been credited as a bonus and have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

ae99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by ae99 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.

ae99 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event to which it relates had already concluded (late betting).
• The odds displayed at the time the bet was placed were materially incorrect due to a technical error.
• The bet was placed in circumstances that ae99 believes, in its reasonable judgement, to involve the use of insider information or the exploitation of a system error.
• The sporting event to which the bet relates is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the relevant governing body's rules, and the ae99 betting rules for that event type provide for voiding in such circumstances.
• Evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other corrupt activity in relation to the event is identified by ae99 or reported by a recognised sporting integrity organisation.

ae99 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet from any player at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Maximum bet limits applicable to specific markets and events are displayed within the Platform and may be changed without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ae99 Platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any outstanding balance may be forfeited, and ae99 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive ae99, other players, or payment processors through false information, stolen payment credentials, or any other fraudulent means.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or other multiplayer formats.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ae99's express written consent.
• Use the ae99 brand name, logo, or any other ae99 intellectual property in any commercial context.

Any unauthorised use of ae99's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to claims for damages under applicable law.

ae99's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and by accepting these Terms you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Losses caused by events outside ae99's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any loss or damage arising from the suspension or termination of your account in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ae99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

ae99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date stated in the revised Terms, and your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through the dispute resolution mechanisms available under the applicable regulatory framework.
